TERMS

  • All invoices are net 30 days.
  • Southern Anesthesia & Surgical, Inc., reserves the right to assess a late charge of $25.00 on accounts past due.

  • Due to manufacturers’ pricing policies, prices, discounts and/or policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Items on long term back order due to manufacturer supply are subject to cancellation.

PAYMENT

  • We accept Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express for payment.

STATEMENTS

  • Statements are mailed monthly. Please contact our Accounting Department Toll Free at 1-800-455-8500 or by email: accounting@southernanesthesia.com, if you have any questions regarding monthly statements.

ORDERING

  • The Drug Enforcement Administration requires a copy of your current Federal DEA registration certificate to be on file prior to shipping controlled substances.
  • Federal Law requires a properly completed DEA Form 222 for all Class II drugs. Shipment of Class II pharmaceuticals cannot be  made until this form has been received. Improperly completed forms, or forms with  alterations will be returned.

SHIPPING

  • In-stock items that are ordered before 2:00pm EST are shipped that day or within 24 hours.
  • Freight is paid by Southern Anesthesia & Surgical, Inc. for ground shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more, excluding shipments of I.V. and Irrigation Fluids, heavy solutions, excessive weight items and priority shipments. A handling charge of $7.50 is  added to all orders under $100.00.
  • Freight for priority shipments is added to your order. Items not available at the time of the original priority shipment will be shipped as requested and charged freight. For priority shipping charges, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-624-5926.

RETURN POLICY

  • Southern Anesthesia & Surgical is committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly handle your return within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return your order, simply return it to us by following these directions:

    Please call SAS Returns (1-800-624-5926, at prompt-press 9) to receive a return  merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without this number. Products must be in salable condition; Product that has been opened, used, written on or  otherwise tampered with is not considered to be in salable condition. Product must be in its  original purchase form.

  • Please note the following items are non-returnable:
  • - Items purchased during promotional sales
    - Refrigerated Items
    - Special Order Items
    - Items specified as “Non-Returnable” on packing slips/invoices
    - Narcotics and controlled substances
    - Hazardous Materials

  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If your merchandise was damaged or items are missing: Please have the packing slip and  original packing materials available before calling SAS Returns (1-800-624-5926), at prompt-press 9).
  • All packages returned Freight Collect or COD will not be accepted.
